Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk
By entering or accepting any prize awarded through The Shlication Fund's vacation giveaway program (“the Giveaway”), each participant and/or prize recipient (“Participant”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
The Shlication Fund, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and volunteers (collectively, the “Released Parties”), shall not be held liable for, and hereby disclaim any and all liability arising from or related to, any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, injuries, or other harm — including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, delays, or other inconveniences — that may occur in connection with the planning, booking, acceptance, use, or participation in any aspect of the Giveaway prize.
Participants understand and agree that all travel and vacation-related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to those associated with transportation, accommodations, outdoor or recreational activities, third-party vendors, and acts of nature.
By participating in the Giveaway or utilizing any prize awarded, the Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated therewith and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of or related to such participation or use.
The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, quality, or availability of any travel services or accommodations provided by third parties. All elements of the prize are provided “as is,” and the Released Parties bear no responsibility for the acts, errors, or omissions of any third party involved in the delivery or execution of the prize.
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms.
